Biological Science Society
The Norton Knatchbull Biological Sciences Society has been set up by Tom Tinker and Harry Field to help students who wish to pursue Biology at university and beyond, or for students who simply have an interest in the Biological sciences. We discuss articles and topics outside the Biology curriculum. We also plan to bring in guest speakers to give talks on aspects of Biological sciences. We discuss and get advice on how to secure a Biology course at university and how to choose which course is suitable for you. Any opportunities for valuable work experience and volunteering will also be discussed in the society. We meet fortnightly (Tuesday Week A, G4), and the society is currently open to all sixth form students.
