Dear Parents & Students

Much research has be undertaken to investigate how people perform at the highest level. We are lucky to be part of an organization that has brought together GB Olympians, Top Chefs, Nutritional specialist and sports psychologists. They have put together TWO key packs to support you and your child to be ready for the upcoming examination series.

POWER to PERFORM looks at diet, hydration and the correct body preparation to give students Stamina, energy and alertness during longer exam sessions. Please feel free to take the recipe booklet, and watch the videos and support us in ensuring your child has the POWER to PERFORM.

PREPARE to PERFORM looks at how you can support your child in being mentally and emotionally ready for the examination sessions. There is a parent booklet and a set of motivational videos specially put together to help them be PREPARED to PERFORM
