Catering: Winter Secondary three-week cycle menu

On behalf of Chris Whitter, Director of Food, please find attached the Winter Secondary three-week cycle menu.

You will note the new design of our Secondary Menu with now includes:

  • Meal Deal Price
  • Cook Station
  • Allergen Information and Allergen key
  • Vegan Option
  • Spice for each month: September–December

The Cook Station – we will introduce a different concept every day featuring exciting new dishes

  • Frango’ - Chicken Dish
  • ‘Las Americas’ – Dish from American Continent
  • Yum Tum Asian’- Dish with an Asian concept
  • ‘Meze’ – Dish with Middle Eastern concept
  • Chef’s Choice

Spice of the Month – A different spice with be championed each month included in some of the dishes we create, together with a Recipe Card.

  • September - Cayenne
  • October – Chia Seeds
  • November – Bay Leaves
  • December – Cinnamon

We do hope that you enjoy the new menu and themes, which we believe will introduce new concepts and entice pupils to try new dishes whilst learning about the use of specific ingredients.

Please arrange to have the menu cycle displayed on your school website.
