At The Norton Knatchbull School, we are fortunate to have an exceptional team of hard-working and dedicated staff. We strongly believe in investing in people and supporting their growth. We actively support our colleagues in career development and value initiative and ambition at every stage.  Staff progression is carefully monitored through a comprehensive Performance Management Review (PMR), and ongoing opportunities for personal development are offered through our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme. As well as formal and informal training, we offer coaching, mentoring and peer support to ensure the progression of all our staff. In line with our Equal Opportunities and Diversity Policy, The Norton Knatchbull School is committed to equal opportunities for all job applicants.  It is important for our students to understand and experience the strength and depth of a diverse community, and we aim to create a culture that encourages and values diversity, and that appoints, rewards, and promotes staff based on merit.  As part of this commitment, we regularly celebrate culture days and events, and are proud to have achieved the RACE Charter Mark at bronze level.

We are also excited to offer additional staff benefits that promote health and wellbeing. Through our partnership with the award-winning healthcare provider Benenden Health, we provide free membership to all participating staff, granting access to a wide range of benefits. To further support a healthy and eco-friendly commute, we offer a Cycle to Work scheme. Additionally, we encourage staff to participate in in-house "Well Being" sessions - whether to explore new hobbies, such as badminton and running clubs, or simply to unwind with colleagues.

At The Norton Knatchbull School, we recognise that our staff are one of our greatest assets, and we remain committed to their professional growth, wellbeing and success.
